By the end of February, the event will have taken part in three important fairs in Germany, United States and Mexico

A little more than two months before its opening, Movelsul Brasil 2014 is working on its international promotional schedule aiming to attract foreign buyers. By the end of February, Movelsul will have taken part in three of the most important trade shows worldwide: IMM Cologne, Las Vegas Market and Expomueble Guadalajara.
The IMM fair, held from January 13–19 in Cologne, Germany, will be attended by the President of Movelsul, Henrique Tecchio, and the international staff of Sindmóveis. Considered the second largest furniture and interior design trend event in Europe compared to the level of the Salon del Mobile in Milan, the annual show features more than 1,100 exhibiting companies from 50 countries.
The following week, January 26-30, Sindmóveis will have a booth at Las Vegas Market. With a similar profile, Movelsul has taken part in this fair – considered one of the most important in the United States – more than five times which has helped attract importers for the period of Movelsul and distributors of Brazilian furniture for the North American market. In this edition, Las Vegas Market will have over one million square meters to display furniture, decor items and accessories for the home, with 1,200 exhibiting companies.
The last international event to be attended by Movelsul Brasil 2014, from February 19-22, is the Expo Mueble Guadalajara show aiming to develop its promotional campaign in Latin America. The largest furniture trade fair in Mexico, the show takes place twice a year, with the participation of Movelsul always in its winter edition, which is attended by domestic and foreign shopkeepers in search of launches for the year. It features more than 500 exhibitors in a 52 thousand square meter show floor, displaying furniture for the home, garden, office, and lighting and decoration items.
Movelsul Brasil 2014 has already sold 99% of its exhibit spaces and expects to receive more than 38,000 visitors from Brazil and abroad. The generation of business with other countries is boosted by the Buyer’s Project, now in its eighth edition. Thirty  buyers are expected to attend business meetings with exhibitors at the furniture fair, promoting Brazilian exports through pre-scheduled meetings. The guests that have confirmed their participation include the five largest importers of the 2012 edition.
Sponsored by Duratex, Sayerlack and Focco, the fair will be held from March 24-28 at Parque de Eventos of Bento Gonçalves. For more information, visit: www.movelsul.com.br
