“El diseño de mobiliario cuenta historias”. Está en el aire la campaña de comunicación del Premio Salão Design 2020, el premio brasileño de diseño de mobiliario. En esta 23ª edición, las piezas publicitarias homenajean el diseño de muebles en Brasil a través de la historia de los diseñadores y de sus creaciones. Nombres como Zanine Caldas, Sergio Rodrigues y Paulo Mendes da Rocha tendrán sus piezas ilustrando la campaña, al lado de vencedores de las ediciones anteriores del premio<\/p>\n

Con patrocinio de Berneck e Interprint do Brasil, el Premio Salão Design 2020 tendrá inscripciones de 04 de junio a 05 de septiembre para profesionales y estudiantes brasileños y extranjeros. El director del Premio Salão Design, Eduardo Nuncio, explica que el eslogan publicitario de esta edición ofrece dos lecturas posibles: la cuestión creativa del desarrollo de la pieza y la relación de las personas con esas creaciones, sean los diseñadores o los usuarios. “Muebles guardan cuestiones creativas, históricas y afectivas. Son esas historias que queremos contar”, destaca Nuncio.<\/p>\n

A lo largo del período de inscripciones, hasta el juicio y divulgación de los premiados, el Premio Salão Design va a contar la historia de piezas emblemáticas en el diseño brasileño, sea por medio de afiches o en el blog de la premiación. La primera de esas piezas, que son iconos, es la silla Paulistano, diseño de Paulo Mendes da Rocha. La silla fue encargada en 1957 para la nueva sede del Club Atlético Paulistano. El diseño original de la silla Paulistano consiste en una barra continua de acero con resorte flexible y una red levísima de Tucum – la última palabra de la metalurgia en Brasil en la época asociada a la inteligencia sagaz del nativo original americano. Más tarde, no siendo posible encargar las redes a los indígenas, las sillas fueron revestidas con diversos otros tejidos.<\/p>\n

Importantes cambios en el Reglamento marcan esta edición del Premio Salão Design, como alteraciones de categorías. Además, en este año serán aceptados apenas proyectos de mobiliario. Para hacer el download del reglamento acceda a www.salaodesign.com.br<\/a><\/p>\n
