Con ello, permanece en 4% la tasaci&oacute;n sobre la industria del mueble, que aumentar&iacute;a para 5% a partir de julio. El Decreto N&deg; 8.280, de 30 de junio de 2014, beneficia tambi&eacute;n el sector automotriz.<\/div>\n<div>El anuncio, hecho por el ministro de Hacienda Guido Mantega fue acompa&ntilde;ado por entidades del sector del mobiliario. En la misma l&iacute;nea de Movergs, que viene representando el estado en las discusiones sobre el tema, Sindm&oacute;veis Bento Gon&ccedil;alves aprueba la manutenci&oacute;n. El presidente Henrique Tecchio considera la decisi&oacute;n positiva en este momento delicado para el sector, ya que se verifica una disminuci&oacute;n de la producci&oacute;n industrial, acumulaci&oacute;n indeseable de stock y alta de las importaciones de muebles.<\/div>\n<div>La industria del mobiliario ha reivindicado desde hace muchos a&ntilde;os la reducci&oacute;n del IPI. En abril de 2012, obtuvo la exenci&oacute;n temporal de la al&iacute;cuota, que originalmente es de 5% para muebles. El beneficio estuvo en vigor hasta enero de 2013, siendo reajustado gradualmente despu&eacute;s de ello. El IPI inici&oacute; 2014 en 4% para muebles y retomar&iacute;a su valor original en julio.
