In less than two months, Movelsul <\/a>Brasil – the largest furniture fair in Latin America for shopkeepers and importers, will be held in Bento Gonçalves from March 16 to 19, 2020. The next show will have 40% of new exhibitors and companies returning to the fair, which demonstrates the sector's inclination to investments for the economic recovery. 250 exhibitors are expected to show high-end interior design products, besides custom-designed and corporate furniture.<\/p>\n

The newcomers and those returning to Movelsul <\/a>Brasil will exhibit their full potential for innovation in pavilion C, including companies with value-added design, medium and high-end product, and other small companies. Some brands that have confirmed their exhibition in this pavilion are All Decor<\/a>, Azimu<\/a>, Essere<\/a>, Opus Estofados<\/a> and Versado<\/a> (SCA<\/a>'s new brand for carpentry, occasional furniture, Corian and Slimstone).<\/p>\n

Tremarin <\/a>is returning to Movelsul <\/a>Brasil after being away for some editions to present to the market their completely new range of products, developed throughout 2019 consisting of innovative dining tables, chairs, armchairs, bars, display cabinets and bar trolleys. The new line of the company, which is based in Farroupilha, is signed by designer Fernando Motta. "We will return to Movelsul<\/a> to present Tremarin<\/a>’s new features and show that the company has been renewed and has adopted a different approach to new products and partnerships," points out its CEO Marcos Troes.<\/p>\n

The president of Sindmóveis, Vinicius Benini, points out that the furniture industry is still facing great challenges, but 2020 is expected to be the best year for the sector since 2013.  "In addition to greater economic growth this year and the strengthening of exports, we are considering Movelsul <\/a>Brasil as an important breakthrough to heat up the market," he said<\/p>\n

Organized by Sindmóveis<\/a> Bento Gonçalves, Movelsul<\/a> Brasil is the largest business platform in Latin America for the furniture industry, providing a sales and image enhancement environment to the furniture, decoration and accessories industry. Along its history, Movelsul<\/a> Brasil has featured more than 1,700 exhibiting companies. The fair exhibits high-end interior design products, besides custom-designed and corporate furniture.<\/p>\n

Considered the largest furniture fair in Latin America, the fair has furthered the development of the domestic furniture industry, boosting the commercial relationship between manufacturing companies and their customers and encouraging exports through initiatives aimed at the international market, a consumer of the Brazilian furniture. The first show took place in 1977, the year when the furniture industry became the major economic activity in Bento Gonçalves.   <\/p>\n
